This year's fall tour was held on November 5th. We met at Lavender Fields in Cool Springs, DE. where we had a short meeting while we ate our lunches. We then had a lecture about the farm and the history of and uses for lavender. We then visited the gift shop before caravanning to our next destination, The Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, DE. When we arrived at The Dogfish Head Brewery our group was combined with others waiting for the brewery tour. The tour lasted about an hour after which we were taken to the tasting room where we were given four different brews to taste. After a great day spent with friends and driving our Studebakers we each went home our separate ways. My thanks to Gail Philippi for the pictures and her patience after I lost the first set.
