The DelMarVa Peninsula Chapter of the Studebaker Drivers Club is an automobile club supporting and promoting  interest in Studebaker vehicles on the DelMarVa Peninsula. The DelMarVa Peninsula is the land that is bordered  by the Chesapeake Bay to the west and the Delaware Bay and Atlantic Ocean to the east. It consists of the entire state of Delaware and eastern shore portions of Maryland and Virginia. There are other SDC clubs around us in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. However, it takes two to three hours to get to the closest of them. In October 2006 a few local Studebaker fans decided it was time to start our own club. After meeting all SDC requirements we were granted a charter in December of 2006.

We are still a small club, but continue to grow. We have a monthly membership newsletter, "The DelMarVa SeaHawk" and this web site, "www.delmarvasdc.org". We participate in car shows, parades, and tours. We have been sponsoring two car shows a year. One is a car show for a local church in Georgetown, DE. The other is a car show that is held on the NASCAR track at Dover Downs, known as The Monster Mile®. The car show on The Monster Mile® is a supporting event to The Diamond State Barbeque Championship, which is sponsored by Dover Downs. We also support a local television station's annual Christmas charity.

If you would like to become a member, click on the membership information button to the left. Information and applications are available. You do not have to own a Studebaker, but you should have an interest in them.

We hope that you continue to visit us. We will try to post activity information as soon as we have it, including registration forms to shows that we sponsor. We will be sponsoring The Georgetown Wesleyan Church Car Show in August and The Car Show on The Monster Mile® in October. Visit our calendar of upcoming events page.
